Every day we are taking trips in town and out of town. As long as we have 24 hours notice and agree on a flat-rate quote, we can travel anywhere in the continental US. We are based in Memphis, TN, with most of our fleet working the surrounding areas, but we have made trips to Texas, North Carolina, Florida, Michigan and all states in between.

Primary Service Areas:

At present, we have 4 primary service areas:

Local Transportation Services:

Most of our trips come from near one of our three primary service areas, transporting patients, residents, and the elderly, to doctor's appointments. Having a large fleet allows us to completely cover our primary service areas, thus having a 99% on-time rate and average return times of 20 minutes or less.

Long Distance Transportation Services:

Stretcher is our preferred method of long distance transportation for the elderly or handicapped. A top of the line model stretcher layered with a special padding is used to transfer the handicapped individual into the transport vehicle. Inside the vehicle the handicap transport stretcher is securely locked into place. The transport stretcher is capable of adjustment at the head and leg portion in order to meet any specific comfort needs.

We have transported individuals up to 800 miles, and can go further as needed. We have room in our vehicles for an accompanying occupant (family or caretaker) and some luggage, bags, or suitcases. Our specially trained Drivers can adjust riders comfort throughout the trip, with cushions, pillows, blankets, heat/air as well as stops for food or rest.

Granted we are non-medical staff and vehicles, but when compared to an ambulance, we are typically 1/3 - 1/2 the price for long distance transports. We offer references upon request.
